Getting started with Trackstars
1. Create Your Account
Step 1: Open Trackstars on your device.
Step 2: Click on the ‘Sign Up’ button.
Step 3: Choose to create your account using either your Google account or by providing an email and password.
2. Choose Your Role
Step 4: After signing up, select your primary role on the platform. Choose 'Coach' if you will be managing teams and athletes, or choose 'Athlete' if you will be using the app as an athlete.
For Coaches
3. Create and Name Your Team
Step 5: Access the ‘Teams’ section via the dashboard.
Step 6: Click on ‘Create Team’.
Step 7: Enter a name for your team and any other necessary details, then save.
4. Invite Members to Your Team
Step 8: On the Dashboard click ‘Invite to team’.
Step 9: Enter email of the person you want to invite and select Role and Access.
Step 10: Click on ‘Send invite’
5. Create a Training Plan
Step 11: Navigate to Dashboard.
Step 12: Click on ‘Create Training Plan’.
Step 13: Click ‘Preview’ of the training plan you want to use.
Step 14: Click ‘Create training plan’ to proceed.
Step 15: Name your training plan and set which date you want the plan to start.
6. Assign Training Plans to Team Members
Step 16: Within the training plan, open the ‘Athlets’ tab in left nav bar.
Step 17: Click ‘Add athlete’ and click ‘Add’ on the athletes you want to add to training plan.
7. Start Training
Step 18: Ensure all team members have accepted their invitations and have access to their assigned training plans.
Step 19: Begin the training schedule as planned. Monitor progress and make adjustments through the app based on real-time performance data and athlete feedback.
